Yes, a deposit of at least 50% is required for a project to be started. If we are not able to properly fulfill your request after working on this project, you will be refunded half of your deposit back within 48 hours of communication of inability to complete project.

Yes! Most printing is outsourced to trusted companies. We ask that you let us know before hand that you wish to have your project printed so that you are able to receive your project in a reasonable amount of time.
